Episode 8: In this teaching, Anne opens with a classic Buddhist question: What are we, really?  One traditional answer is that we’re composed of five elements (earth, water, fire, wind, and space), and in this episode she explains the golden, supportive earth element.  If our earth element is strong, we feel relaxed and confident, supported; if it’s weak, we can get stubborn and defensive.  Anne invites us to use the support of the earth to connect with our true capacity for remaining even and equanimous in all situations.
