Episode 10: Harvey Aronson/Lama Namgyal Dorje follows up last episode’s meditation on OM, AH, and HUNG with an explanation of the meaning of those first syllables of Guru Rinpoche’s mantra, a potent reminder of our own real nature.  Often the types of meditation we do when we’re just beginning to practice are more dualistic and contrived than those we find ourselves relaxing into further along the path.
