This meditation from Harvey Aronson includes a special meditative exercise; after coming to attention on the breath, you will consider a change you would like to make and imagine yourself putting in half the effort needed to make the change. What are the pros and cons, what does your life look like taking this step towards improvement? Perhaps doing this meditative exercise will be enough to inspire action.
