Mindfulness for Everyone
Offered each semester at various times for a nominal fee, these sessions are a chance to slow down and hone techniques for living in the present. Learn to rest the mind on an object, recognize and let go of thoughts, and cultivate a warm, open heart toward self and others. Mindfulness for Everyone is taught by Claire Villarreal, PhD., Dawn Mountain’s program manager who is a gifted and popular teacher . MFE sessions are live-streamed and archived at DM online.
