Introduction to Meditation


You’re invited to meditate with Dawn Mountain – in the comfort of your own home – each Sunday morning from 11 AM to 12 noon Central Standard Time. Join us in a guided meditation led by our teachers or senior students and streamed to YouTube by one of our generous broadcasting volunteers.
